Fair trade Chocolate desserts

I've hated the idea that although you can buy fair trade chocolate, I can never find any fair trade chocolate dishes or desserts. But it's National Chocolate Week in the UK. While this means a lot of un fair trade chocolate (which really pushes my buttons), it also means some fair trade chocolate e.g UK brand Divine.

Divine Chocolate is the only fair trade company that co-owned by the cocoa farmers. The farmers have a share of a whopping 45%. Pretty sweet deal.
Divine has a whole list of recipes involving their fair trade chocolate. While we can not get Divine in Australia, I'm sure you could substitute it for Oxfam chocolate or Cocolo Chocolate (cocolo is available at Coles.)

I especially like this little chocolate mousse (pictured above) and this chocolate pudding and this chocolate fondant dessert mmm just look at the ice cream and chocolate goo combination yum. Oh and also this lovely Summer spice ice cream. I also love that Divine seems to be one of the few fair trade brands that makes white chocolate.
They also have a  Chocolate and Raspberry truffle bites recipe, using their new raspberry chocolate. Don't they look awesome with the marbled covering and a cute little flake on top.
