I've hated the idea that although you can buy fair trade chocolate, I can never find any fair trade chocolate dishes or desserts. But it's
National Chocolate Week in the UK. While this means a lot of un fair trade chocolate (which really pushes my buttons), it also means some fair trade chocolate e.g UK brand Divine.
Divine Chocolate is the only fair trade company that co-owned by the cocoa farmers. The farmers have a share of a whopping 45%. Pretty sweet deal.
Divine has a whole list of
recipes involving their fair trade chocolate. While we can not get Divine in Australia, I'm sure you could substitute it for Oxfam chocolate or Cocolo Chocolate (cocolo is available at Coles.)
They also have a Chocolate and Raspberry truffle bites recipe, using their new raspberry chocolate. Don't they look awesome with the marbled covering and a cute little flake on top.
